Dear Valuable Client and Beloved Patient;
We know you’re receiving an abundance of communication around Coronavirus (COVID-19) however, we too wanted to reach out and let you know that throughout the situation, you can count on all of us at Benessere Animal Hospital to be here for you and your pet. Simply put, we’re open, and our plan is to remain open to provide you and your pet with the care and services he or she may need.
As the news continues to develop surrounding the current pandemic in our community, we wanted to take a moment to provide some updates on what we are doing to keep you and your pet safe. Fortunately, the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization) have provided research which indicates that cats, dogs, and other domestic animals are not at-risk for contracting COVID-19. However, we have been taking a series of additional precautions to ensure the health and safety of the humans within our facility is not compromised.
As such, here’s our plan:
- Because we know you count on us, our clinic is staying open and keeping normal hours.
- Health and safety are our top priority. We are taking care of our staff members so they can take care of you. This includes allowing time off to our staff members affected by illness, so nobody must come to work sick. So far, thankfully, we have not had any employees get ill.
- We are making sure our practice is safe for you, your pets, and our staff members. We are doing this by extra daily cleaning with medical grade viricides to give you the safest environment and to ensure our staff members are healthy and there to help you.
If you have an appointment and are feeling under the weather, please do not hesitate to call and reschedule your appointment. We would be happy to help you. Additionally, if you are concerned with entering the hospital at any time please call and we’ll be happy to make accommodations for you such as: meeting you in the parking lot to receive your pet while you wait in your car or connecting via phone/Skype/FaceTime for a virtual visit.
